Indie joined Cint in January 2019, with extensive experience in commercial leadership and strategic roles, primarily within consultancy and data & insights. She has acted as a change-agent within the information services industry for nearly two decades. Having had a number of senior commercial positions during her career to date at the likes of Frost & Sullivan, where Indie spent 12 years culminating in managing and growing the EMEA region and working within the C’Suite of tier 1 accounts (both industry verticals and financial services), Ascential Plc (Planet Retail) and Dun & Bradstreet. She is a passionate advocate for diversity in the workplace and has chaired many leadership and women in workplace initiatives. Having worked alongside global brands, Indie understands the ever-growing importance of “the Voice of the Customer”, and it’s strategic imperative to the C-suite. She is excited to be part of an industry that is transforming and innovating to address “The Age Of The Customer”.
Emma has been part of System1 since 2004, channelling her great energy to help us grow from a UK start up to a global industry leader. She treasures her diverse experience across the business, ultimately settling in global operations for over 5 years – which more than satisfied her curious and enquiring (she says nosey!) personality and her enjoyment of problem-solving.
When Emma did her MBA she recognised her passion and clear talent for managing people. As a genuinely caring person it was a natural progression for Emma to join our Exec Team in April 2020 as Chief People Officer. Emma’s highly effective at spotting and nurturing talent, resulting in the united world-class team we are today. At every step along the way she supports our people to be the very best they can be. Emma also advocates that a symbiotic relationship between individual growth and the growth of the business leads to success for all.
Outside of work, Emma has 2 children and cherishes family time. Her adventurous spirit motivates her to experiment with different experiences and try out new hobbies and activities, particularly travel and exploring. Emma is also a keen runner, enjoying Park Run every Saturday, and regularly paddleboards. She’s also a member of a craft beer club.
Rachel is a women's health specialist Naturopath and Herbalist with over 19 years experience both in her face-to-face clinics and virtually. With a human biology degree ('96) and herbal medicine and naturopathy qualifications from the College of Naturopathic Medicine ('05), Rachel is able to disseminate complicated medical information and make it accessible, engaging and fun for her support group, day retreat, corporate workshop or podcast listeners.Rachel is dedicated to supporting busy, professional women during times of hormonal transition, especially, perimenopause. She is passionate about educating and empowering women to be warriors for their own health, with the aim of increasing self-awareness alongside moving towards gentler monthly cycles and a kinder menopause transition overall.Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice and public speaking roles. She served as the lead clinician on a popular juice, detox and yoga retreat, regularly guest teaches on yoga teacher training courses, is an experienced clinical supervisor and has been involved in new product development for several botanical drinks companies. As of July 2024, she is also the new Chair (President) of her professional association, the Unified Register of Herbal Practitioners.
Shazia Ginai, Founder of business growth consultancy Exhale Expand Ltd, is a dynamic insight and marketing expert. She is a driving force seamlessly turning insights about businesses and the humans that form them, into action. With a stellar track record, Shazia has successfully led insight capabilities in various organizations across brands and agencies, catalysing change across diverse markets and functions at Chief Growth Officer and CEO levels. She began her journey in the luxury fragrance and skincare industry at P&G, solidifying her expertise. Later, she established and led the global insight function at ghd, cementing her passion for actionable insights and empathetic leadership. Following this Shazia was CEO of the thought leading neuromarketing agency Neuro-Insight.Beyond her career, Shazia passionately champions equality and inclusion. She holds a role on the advisory board for Women in Research, until recently was Chair of colour of research and on the Market Research Society D&I council. Shazia's commitment extends beyond her professional life. She dedicates her time and energy to raising awareness and researching menstrual health, actively volunteering for Endometriosis, is trained in breathwork for trauma integration and yoga, actively championing decolonisation of this sacred south Asian practice.
Kristin Luck serves as an advisor and growth strategist to a number of cutting-edge marketing and analytics technology and services firms through her consultancy, ScaleHouse. She is the founder of two marketing analytics companies that she led to successful exits. Kristin co-founded OTX, an online research business that was named the fastest growing research firm in the world in 2002 and 2003 and was subsequently acquired by Pilot Group and again by Ipsos in 2007. She then founded Forefront Consulting Group, a research technology firm that was acquired by Decipher. Decipher was acquired by FocusVision in 2014 after seven consecutive years of double- and triple-digit growth. FocusVision merged with Confirmit in 2021 to become Forsta, where she sat on the the Board of Directors until its recent acquisition by Press Ganey.
Kristin is a licensed investment banker with Oberon Securities and a founder focused on helping fellow founders and executive teams scale and monetize their businesses. Her deal expertise on both sides of transactions comes from participating in both acquisitions and exits from $30 million to $225 million. She is also passionate about supporting founders in international markets execute their entry into the U.S.Kristin regularly contributes to both the commercial (Fast Company, Forbes) and academic press (Research World, Journal of Brand Strategy) where she explores emerging marketing and research methods. She is consistently ranked as one of the top 100 sales and branding experts to follow on social media.
In addition to Founding, Women in Research, Kristin has also served on the board of ESOMAR, the global insights and analytics association, for eight years; including a two year term as Vice-President and a two year term as President.
