From Eric Salama, CEO of KANTAR

After a very thorough recruitment process, I’m delighted to announce that Vikki Leach will be joining us on August 1st as our (first) Head of Inclusion and Diversity.

Vikki brings with her over 15  years of experience of setting up effective Inclusion and Diversity programmes in international companies who have been leading the way, including Telefonica and Avanade (a joint venture business set up by Accenture and Microsoft). She has specialised in the technology sector, and in driving change programmes with diverse and complex challenges, taking into consideration the local business needs and the company’s global vision. Her international experiences also include working between Madrid and London.

She is passionate about the topic and about the broader issues of company culture and is in the middle of studying an MSc on Behaviour Change at Henley Business School. Vikki is a qualified management coach and a Spanish speaker. She is also a keen sports fan, with a degree in Business and Sport, and was a very competitive netball player!

She says ‘Everyone has a talent, it’s about unleashing it, and the talent is more likely to be unleashed in a supportive, inclusive and equal environment. Teams that work together outperform those that don’t.  Success feels better when it’s shared with others. My purpose is to empower others and help them realize happiness is key to success.

I am hugely excited to be joining Kantar, helping to drive an inclusive environment and to empower others to bring their whole self to work.’
