In her current role at Ernst & Young (EY), Sheila serves as an Executive Coach, Associate Director, where she provides individual and team coaching as well as thought leadership in areas such as career transitions, leadership growth, and transformational leadership
As an experienced corporate educator, Sheila has trained and coached over 7,200 professionals and has obtained over 30 certifications in executive coaching, leadership development, emotional intelligence, and behavioral styles.
