Sheila’s corporate experience with global Fortune 500 companies includes industries ranging from manufacturing, consumer goods, insurance and financial services, telecommunications, hospitality services, and retail. Her corporate career has enabled her to extend her unique coaching and consulting brand to help leaders think differently about their leadership capabilities.
In her current role at Ernst & Young (EY), Sheila serves as an Executive Coach, Associate Director, where she provides individual and team coaching as well as thought leadership in areas such as career transitions, leadership growth, and transformational leadership
As an experienced corporate educator, Sheila has trained and coached over 7,200 professionals and has obtained over 30 certifications in executive coaching, leadership development, emotional intelligence, and behavioral styles.
Her executive coaching, organizational development consulting and professional development programs are certified by The CaPP Institute (Coaching and Positive Psychology), Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), Cornell University, University of North Carolina – Charlotte, Center for Creative Leadership, Association of Psychological Type, Center for Applied Cognitive Studies, and Development Dimensions International Inc. (DDI).
A doctoral candidate with a Masters in Education, Sheila holds over 30 certifications, notable learning distinctions, was an active member of the Forbes Coaches Council 2020-2022, and is designated by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Master Certified Coach.
