Senorine is a commercial leader with over 14 years of experience in FMCG and the advertising sectors, the bulk of which has been in corporate innovation management. She is an innovation catalyst who has successfully launched and commercialized brands in East Africa. She currently heads marketing at KWAL, a Distell Subsidiary.
Senorine is an alumnus of the University of Nairobi (UON), where she earned her master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. She is a doctoral student at Capella University (U.S), where she is researching agile innovation practices for corporate organizations.
Senorine is a writer and speaker in the area of innovation and entrepreneurship. She is a columnist for Marketing Africa, a marketing publication for the Business Community in East Africa & Beyond.
Senorine is passionate about leadership and was recently certified as an organizational coach by CDI Africa Coaching Group. She is a mentor to many.
Senorine sits on the board of Spur Africa, an NGO based in the Kibera slums of Kenya.

Pauline is a seasoned Market Researcher with over 12 years of experience in Market Research extending across both Anglophone and Francophone countries in Africa including a stint in Cameroon where she worked for 3 years in Organizational .Capacity Building. She excels in Consumer/ Market Insight, Data Collection and Analysis, Brand Building and Brand Health Trackers.
She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Strategic Management which she pursued after getting her BA in Linguistics. She is also a Council Member of the MSRA (Market and Social Research Association) & Board Member of AMRA (Africa Market Research Association). In addition, a member if Marketing Society of Kenya.
She currently oversees Market Intelligence and Research at Telkom Kenya.
Lina is a highly effective executive leader with a track record of crystalising winning business strategies that unlock performance, spur innovation and build high performing teams. Her outstanding leadership and effectiveness across the different roles she has held, culminated in her appointment as Managing Director of Kenya Wine Agencies Limited (KWAL). Lina has delivered remarkable leadership in this role, successfully managing multiple complexities including establishing and achieving performance drivers with the executive team during the pandemic period, leading active cultural transformation, and supporting the wider team and the organisation in the transition from a state-owned corporation to a privately held organisation.
Lina’s record of excellence in delivery has been consistent. She was identified as top talent at British American Tobacco (BAT) early in her career and was immersed in multiple leadership programmes. Subsequently, she crafted outstanding marketing innovation and defense strategies and took the lead in driving turnarounds on brand and business performance. She has been instrumental in leading reorganisations and building talent. Lina has gained experience working across different markets globally, and in Africa. She has succeeded in diverse environments, through the consistent application of her principles of excellence and upholding her personal values of integrity and strong business ethics.
Lina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from University of Nairobi. She has undertaken multiple technical and executive leadership courses across the world to build her competencies in creating shareholder value and building high performing teams. Lina is a mentor to many professionals aspiring to attain executive leadership positions and is a donor to various charities. She is an independent board director for National Bank of Kenya and Population Services of Kenya (PSK). She was identified as one of the 25 most powerful women in C-Suite impacting business by Business Monthly (East Africa) in 2021.
Marion has over 12 years’ experience in the world of insights and integrated marketing communications with experience working with both local and international clients across the region. She has worked for a consumer collaboration agency where she learnt to uncover consumer insights through different research techniques, then moved to the agency world working for the biggest advertising and communications agency in East-Africa. She later moved to the corporate world, working within the telecommunication space (Airtel and Safaricom) to help them build their Youth brands and consumer segments. She’s came back to the agency and has been our lead on Strategy and Insights for about four years, before taking on the position of Managing Partner.
Her expertise is in strategy development, insight generation, segment and consumer marketing, and business consulting.
She has an honors Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations from USIU, an international diploma in IT from Cambridge, A yellow belt certification in Lean Six Sigma and is currently pursuing her MBA in Strategic Management.
When she’s not thinking and questioning and working, she’s reading a novel and travelling (or dreaming about travel) with her hubby.
