Revolutionizing MRX: AI & DEIB

Event Details

The industry is changing rapidly — how can we stay in-the-know? Join us for an evening of connection, celebration, and transformation where we'll hear from speakers on some of the leading topics impacting the MRX and Insights industries. Speakers Damon Jones (Burke) and Terron Wilson (Consultant) will navigate the topic of DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging). DEIB and its integration into organizations strategic direction have been proven for 50 plus years to provide positive results.  So, why do companies struggle so much with making it a part of their ecosystem?  Damon and Terron will not only answer this question, but will share tactics that you can take back to your organization to drive change.

We'll also hear from Mary Draper (EMI), Ruby Bublitz (CodeItSoftware.com) and Mike Herrel (Directions Research) on the topic of AI and ChatGPT. By the end of this session, you will have a better understanding of generative AI and its possibilities. You will also have the confidence and skills to use generative AI in your own projects and workflows.

Stick around for networking, drinks, and treats throughout the event. A BIG thank you to our event sponsors and partners for making this event possible!

Rudy Bublitz

Rudy Bublitz

Director of Sales, CodeItSoftware.com

Rudy began his career in the market research industry in 1981 managing the data processing operations within a full-service agency. He participated in the move from typewriters, paper surveys and hole punch card readers to the first use of computers for tabulation programming, CATI/CAPI scripting, sample management, predictive dialing, and word processing. He “showed up” in the box with the first computer at MRSI at 15 East 8th Street - it was a large box! And, expensive. Further experience in the UNIX operating system and more advanced tabulation and CATI/CAPI scripting techniques came with employment at Quantime Corporation working in London and Cincinnati. Rudy’s 40+ year career continued with stops at SPSS, GfK/Knowledge Networks, DBM (IVR data collection), Ascribe, eventually helping with the start-up of CodeitSoftware.com. For the last 25 years, Rudy has passionately pursued software solutions for the coding of open-ends and processing of textual content using various forms of AI including Natural Language Processing (NLP), sentiment analysis, supervised machine learning, deep learning, and currently - generative AI, including GPT. Rudy has lived and worked in Cincinnati for his entire career - with a few stints in Europe. A recent grandfather, Rudy finds it interesting that he will speak about the new-born technology of generative AI to a group of super smart, young professionals!
