Most of Cath’s professional career has been at HP, focusing on computers and computing solutions for Consumers and B2B/Commercial. Her projects have spanned product innovation, industrial design, and consumer, end user and ITDM needs and experiences. She especially enjoys tackling complex questions using a range of methodologies, including Design Thinking, Jobs to be Done, ethnography, segmentation, Discrete Choice Modeling, Social Intelligence Analysis, and most recently, Behavioral Science.
