Victoria Sosik

Victoria leads the Experience Research team at Verizon, influencing experience strategies for prospects, customers, and reps across our various products and channel touchpoints for both Consumer and Business. Prior to joining Verizon, Victoria led UX Research teams at Google, driving strategy that impacted over 1B Google Maps users. She designed and executed research programs that led to the launch of a new local explore experience, a redesigned Maps contributor community, and 15x growth in user-generated content volume. She started her research career at Cornell, earning a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction. She lives in NJ with her two girls, ages 4 and 5, and husband. She's a relentless DIYer who's recently taken to expressing her creativity in the form of cake/cookie decorating and party planning, for her kids of course.

Christie McAllister

Christie McAllister is a strategic research leader with more than a decade of experience helping businesses be human-centered in their design and business strategy. She has a deep background as a multi-methods researcher, design strategist, and business analyst. She is currently the Director of Experience Research at Autodesk where she leads a team of researchers at the core of Autodesk’s customer-centered digital strategy. She is responsible for leading several corporate initiatives critical to modernizing Autodesk’s digital experiences and business model strategy.

Andrea has over 20 years of research experience building both digital and physical products and services in start-up, agile, and traditional product development environments, with over 18 years at Google in new product development. She recently developed a top-rated course for UX Researchers on how to utilize AI in their research practice and does AI consulting for UX research teams, and product development consulting for AI-powered research tools.
